Consulting & Contract Services for MSMEs

Criminal Laws

We advise and represent our clients in matter involving corporate fraud, market manipulation, bank frauds, white-collar crimes, economic offences, misappropriation and siphoning of funds, and matters under the Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881. We represent clients in proceedings before the Department of Company Affairs and the Serious Fraud Investigation Office for investigations into corporate malfeasance and serious financial irregularities.

Our services include filing applications for quashing of FIRs before High Courts, securing anticipatory bail and regular bail for our clients at all stages, and representing them throughout the trial process.
