EXPERIENCE

Rohan has advised foreign manufacturing giants on legal implications and turnkey solutions for entering Indian markets, navigating complex issues including foreign expatriate onboarding, funding structures, foreign direct investment, import-export regulations, and profit repatriation. He has executed end-to-end services—from company incorporation through manufacturing facility setup, for a diverse clientele across Mumbai and beyond.

He manages comprehensive intellectual property portfolios and enforces trademark, copyright, design, and patent rights against infringers in India. His litigation experience spans shareholder disputes, white-collar crimes, debt recovery, insolvency proceedings, and commercial suits, intellectual property disputes and arbitrations across India.

When he is not in the office, Rohan enjoys exploring unexplored trails on two wheels, consuming more content, and listening to classic rock.

Dimple specializes in core criminal law, representing clients across a spectrum of offenses ranging from white-collar crimes to serious criminal proceedings. She has extensive experience navigating the complexities of bail applications, trial advocacy, and appellate matters before various courts, ensuring robust defense strategies tailored to each client's unique circumstances.

She has developed significant expertise in family and inheritance matters, handling sensitive disputes involving divorce, custody battles, maintenance claims, succession planning, and property partition. Her approach combines legal acumen with empathy, helping clients navigate emotionally charged situations while protecting their legal rights and interests.

When Dimple is not in the office, she enjoys exploring new cuisines and discovering new places, always seeking fresh experiences beyond the courtroom
